Varenna, Lake Como, Italy We spent almost the whole day learning from Chef Moreno about the art of Italian cooking. We made ricotta & herb filled tortoloni (pictured above), fresh tomato sauce, and breaded trout. The group included 3 other teachers and I loved hearing about everyone’s travels.
